Meet Bobby
Dr. Bobby Moore is entering his 4th year as Sports Performance Therapist with USA Volleyball with primary duties to the Men and Women’s National Sitting Teams (NSTs.) In his position, he oversees the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programs, implementing workload enhancement, as well as performing physical therapy and rehabilitation. During this time, he supported USAV and their preparation for Rio and Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. Dr. Moore was recently employed with Oklahoma City Thunder for the 2021-2022 season as a Human and Player Performance Assistant. Most recently, Dr. Moore is continuing his partnerships with Oklahoma City University in various capacities, and supporting University of Central Oklahoma's Sports Medicine program.
A graduate from Atoka, Oklahoma, Moore attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science with a Minor in Biology in 2015. Later in 2019, Moore graduated from Langston’s School of Physical Therapy, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Continued Education
Dr. Moore holds the following professional certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) both designated from the NSCA. Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) from NASM, Applied Performance Coach Certified (APCC) by Dr. Ramsey Nijem, Certified in Dry Needling through Institute of Athletic Regeneration. Dr. Moore is completing his postgraduate Sports and Orthopedic fellowship with the Institute for Athletic Regeneration to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and will graduate in 2023.
